'SharedReferencePortal originated from a humble vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985, which began as a quaint, familial venture preserving recipes that span generations.

'Marco Rossi', our trailblazer, acquired her pizza making skills during her Italian escapades, being tutored by eminent pizzaiolos from Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her UK return, she aspired to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to traditional crafting methods and premium ingredients.

What started as a modest restaurant with space for a dozen now thrives as a treasured fixture in the locale, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness endures. Our wood-burning oven techniques remain unchanged, our dough is prepared daily, and we keep sourcing the finest ingredients accessible.

Presently, 'SharedReferencePortal' is still in the hands of the family, as the Rossi successors steer our enthusiastic crew. While integrating some contemporary innovations, the essence of our enterprise has remained: to produce palatable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
